Traveling Back in TIme

Fort Calgary, established in 1875 as Fort Brisebois by the North-West Mounted Police is located where the Bow and Elbow rivers meet in what is now Calgary, Alberta. The construction of the fort was initiated on April 10, 1875 by a federal order to force out whiskey traders from the area.
